The overall condition of the 1987 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer is good. It is clean and well kept.
The hull sides and top deck were in good shape with no signs of spidering or cracking. No soft spots were noted on the deck.
All the cockpit upholstery was in clean and in good shape with no tears, rips or cracks with an exception: the top end of the helm bench had a hole ripped in it.
Upholstery in the cabin was all in good shape with no rips, tears or streaks detected. Cabin carpet was in good shape.
